- Strengthen entrepreneurship communication systems supporting policy adoption, institutional participation, and startup ecosystem awareness.

- Support student ventures through mentoring, innovation guidance, and entrepreneurial capability development frameworks.
- Strengthen startup pipeline ecosystems integrating ideation, incubation, and venture-readiness pathways.
- Evaluate and onboard high-potential student ventures into institutional incubation ecosystems annually.
