Four Phases, One Horizon

Every phase sits inside the 0–2 year short-term window that now governs the whole plan.

  1. 2025 · Phase 1

    Foundation & Governance

    Stand up governance and quality-assurance frameworks, finalise financial policies and budgets, and launch the Enabler I entrepreneurship policy and leadership structure across all nine Enablers.

  2. 2025–26 · Phase 2

    Systems & Capacity Building

    Modernise digital and physical infrastructure, roll out faculty development and student-support programmes, and stand up structured IRG, research and pre-incubation pipelines.

  3. 2026 · Phase 3

    Institution-Wide Rollout

    Scale curriculum modernisation, networking and collaboration agreements, and entrepreneurship ideation programmes campus-wide, backed by live ERP, LMS and analytics dashboards.

  4. 2027 · Phase 4

    Short-Term Consolidation

    Consolidate every Enabler's short-term goals into standard operating practice — transparent governance, resilient finances, research momentum, and a self-sustaining startup pipeline.
